Second Tri-Mester

Today is the start of my second tri-mester. I'm one-third of the way done!

In the last week and half or so I've noticed a huge increase in growth in myself. Here is what I currently look like with my progressively growing belly.

Believe it or not I've only gained 3 pounds! At my last appointment they said that my weight gain was right where it needed to be at. Sorry, about my hair...I was cleaning and had it pulled back to keep it out of my way. I had forgotten it was that way when I took the picture. The pink slippers are nice touch too, don't you think? :)

I had an ultrasound 2 weeks ago (it's still to early to tell the gender of the baby yet, but my feeling from the very beginning has been that it's a boy). It was really fun to see the baby again and hear the heart beat.

Here you can see the little legs sticking out. It looks like the baby is just chillaxin'. It hasn't given me any problems yet, so maybe it'll have a mellow personality. :)


Isn't it amazing how fast the baby grew in the month that the last ultrasound was taken? It's about the size of a closed fist right now.


This one is a little blurry, because the baby was kicking at the the time the picture was taken.
